Hi,
I am happy to tell you that i can smell spring to come. It is wet but much way better than those freezy days i had. It is holiday now, second week of the school holiday and i have been busy. I start changing the clothes in my cabinet, wash and put away the "heavy" sweater and jacket, and take out my spring summer dress. Some of them need to be fixed, and some of them, i found boring, so i decided to change the buttons of some clothes, even add some, just to put colour on my white lace top.
The idea came when Gilang started to school, and i have to sew his name tag in each of his jacket and pants. Then i opened the sewing kits, that i have received from my husband's late grandmother. I received many beautiful old (vintage) things from her, and i found this sewing kit is completely precious.
Look at this old box for her collection of threads, and needles....
And with all those, i tried to make some repro of my clothes, as i received also some old button and vintage, here they are...
What do you think guys??? Next time, i will post about other vintage things i've ever received...see you then, bye...
